Paul and his wife, Lan, opened City Time in June of 1997. He is a watchmaker who has years of dedicated training in watch and clock repair. City Time is a local family-owned business devoted to building trust among its clientele.  At City Time, we strive to offer exceptional customer service and reliable workmanship. We understand every customer's watch, clock, and jewellery is precious, therefore we treat every piece with the utmost care and attention.
